Local car retailer Camerons VW were delighted to offer sponsorship to a club based just around the corner from their showroom and in particular to sponsor a local girls youth football team. Camerons Managing Director Phillip Stewart presented the kit to the girls after training on the 13th June 2013 and is pictured here handing a shirt to team captain Linzi Myles. Team manager Andy McLeish said ‘This is great for the girls and the club. There is a real buzz around Jeanfield Swifts Girls FC these days and making sure the girls have great quality kit for matches and training really helps the girls feel part of the club. With the U15’s now having kit sponsorship from Camerons VW, am|architect, Struans Motors and East Coast Trains they are well kitted out and look great. We are attracting some good sponsorship across all the teams and really working hard at making sure every girl feels part of this great club.’ Local sports shop Campus Sports provided and arranged the embroidery and artwork on all the training kits so a huge thanks must got to both them and to Camerons VW for their great support to girls youth football.
