Juniors back to winning ways

Jeanfield Swifts JFC returned from their first journey over the Forth Bridge in the Superleague with three points in the bag, thanks to goals from Stevie McManus and Fraser Smith.

McManus continued his form from the midweek game with Broughty Athletic, where he clinched the draw with a 90th minute goal, by opening the Swifts' account in the first half against Newtongrange Star.

In the second half, Fraser Smith doubled his team's lead to notch up the first 'W' of the league campaign.
