2006s vs Letham Sky Blues

The 2006 boys started their 11-a-side journey with a home pre-season friendly against Letham Sky Blues. Jeanfield went in front early on with a fine goal from Kayden at close range after fine work and cross from Aidan down the left. After a Letham equalizer midway through the half, Jeanfield went straight back up the pitch and scored courtesy of a fabulous strike from debutant Callum.

Despite having much of the play in the 2nd half, the boys could not convert the chances they created due to a mixture of good goalkeeping and not having that bit of luck. Inevitably Letham came back and levelled with 5 mins to go.

A good development exercise for the boys though and they look forward to starting their league campaign next Sunday (19th) at home to Breadalbane.
