At the gym there is a brilliant Personal Trainer Tammy Fleuchar who’s PT company is Vitalityme. We have sparked up a brilliant relationship with Tammy who helped keep us fit through last winter. Again this winter we look forward to being put through our paces.

Prostate Cancer UK is a brilliant charity who are the first national organisation for prostate cancer in the UK. Their aim is to improve the care and welfare of those affected by prostate cancer, increase investment in research, and raise public and political awareness of a long-neglected disease.
